• You may not transfer licenses without written permission

• Abuse or misuse may result in immediate termination

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

Payment Terms

All fees are in USD and billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds after this period are at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share or resell licenses without authorization
